eww
i'm pretty open minded when it comes to food. however. i witnessed a student eating a bagel (with butter) with chips in the middle. yes, a chip sandwich. ewww.
Ok, I have to say I have done this. Not with a buttered bagel - yuck...but with like a turkey sandwhich. I have put chips on my sandwhich to give it crunch. I am a food mixer though...at thanksgiving everything typically ends up mixed together in one big pile.
I also have family members and friends who do this....maybe it is regional!! :-)
i eat chips on sandwiches all the time (it's questionable to some, but i really like doritoes on pb and j). so, that's not weird to me. but eating a chip and butter sandwich is bizarre.
Malissa, I totally love pb and j with doritos too! In fact, I was just telling that to everyone at work last week. And I have them for lunch today! I don't put the doritos directly on the sandwich, I take a bite of sandwich then a bite of chip.
