new workout routine?

i read an article in a free, local health magazine that was featuring the health benefits of sprinting - specifically the benefits on your ab muscles.
and not like all-out, crazy athletic sprinting.
it basically said that sprinting creates a ripple-effect on the body and that even starting off with, say, three 50-yard sprints and then increasing each workout will reap way more benefits than tons and tons of ab-workouts (you can have strong abs, but with fat on top, no visible strong abs).
and, it's obvious that the sprinting that causes efficient oxygen use that will burn fat, etc.
so, sprint away to flatter abs! i'm on board.

Very good to know. Thank you. I will use that when I run today.
