ok, so i haven't necessarily taken the route listed in the picture, but i have - in fact - traveled around 1,000 miles this week.
i still have to drive back home (several more hundred).
tanks of gas: about 5
drinks consumed while driving: maybe 7
new CD's burned for this trip: oh, 5
number of people visited: let's make it an even 25 (not counting small children, which would take it to about 35 - and also there were several who i was unable to visit during this trip)
amount of times my dog engaged me in conversation in the car: big fat ZERO (she's good for nothing)
amount i'm dreading going back to work: a lot (it's been a nice trip)
