a few airport thoughts

i am in the dallas airport for several more hours, so i've justified spending $9.99 on wireless.
i just saw Payton Manning in the airport and i could have tripped him he was so close. i don't like his hair. but i keep seeing famous people on this trip. i wonder who is next?
i still have sand in my ears (which seems gross), but i've washed them really well at least 2 times since my last beach experience so i have no idea what is going on with that
MX is really quite a nice place. staying with friends makes a vacation a real vacation...you show up and do NOT have to think of anything logistical and it's really nice (it helps also when the friends are extra great and their dog too)
one minor mishap: Two Pretzels was beside me at an ATM and i thought that i didn't need her help...so i took out $5.00 thinking it was $50.00 and was charged more money than what i took out in ATM fees.
i observed that middle-aged people like to behave wildly when in Cabo. some of them are doing the age-old "stuck-in-my-80's-prime" routine and were wearing clothing from this said prime time in their life. it's sort of like watching a train wreck or roadkill - you can't take your eyes off of it.
it takes bravery to move to and adjust to submersion in a new culture.
those are just a few of my thoughts for now (vacation was a very fun time...i miss it already)
