in the world that is college counseling...May 1 is a really crazy deadline. it's the deadline that students officially need to make a college choice, and after this date they are pretty much not guaranteed anything. so my work life is insane.
however, May 1 is also a day of celebration too. My lovely friend over at Aimless Oasis celebrates her very beautiful life on this day. This year will be extra special, I'm sure, as her happy/healthy baby girl arrived last week - an early birthday gift, if you will. For those of you who know her, she is just a fabulous woman. Happy Birthday, A.!
