one thing that i didn't like (don't read if you haven't seen the movie)... i sort of disliked that Big jilted Carrie like he did, when the series ended with them in love and happy. i mean, i guess there couldn't have been anything to take up the 2.5 hours had they just gotten married in the beginning of the movie. i enjoyed all the stuff in the middle, but i felt like "WHY DID HE DO THIS FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME!!" and then in the end it worked out...for now.
uh, yeah the Miranda/Steve thing was interesting. i hate to say it like this, but what was up with the nude scene with them at the end??? kind of shocking, no?
yeah you just HAD to know that they'd end up together. but, he did try to take it back RIGHT after he freaked....i guess it was more dramatic to have them be apart. i wonder if it would have been a better story if they had been married at the library and then dealt with his uncertainty?
i also think they could have given charlotte more of a story.

I agree with you. It seemed like they were creating drama just for drama's sake. I would have preferred they showed them being happy.
I also didn't care much for the Steve and Miranda story line.
The whole movie was a lot more sad than I was expecting.
But it was still entertaining and I enjoyed it.
