Kudos go out to the city of Boston this week.
i visited this city a year ago...and completely MISS it. it's just one of the country's major cities that is rather clean and friendly (albeit cold last May when i was there). it has great food, pastries, the Sam Adams brewery, Harvard, good cheeseburgers, nice shopping, relatively safe streets at night (from my experience), great music and a high walkability factor (just made that up). i just enjoy it there and i'm really longing to go back today.
EVERYONE must make a pilgrimage.

I was there about 5 years ago and I totally fell in love too. I love the history of the city, the brick roads, the atmosphere, the restaurants, the shopping, all of it.
Fun city.
