calling all earth-conscious ladies (and gentlemen with significant others of the female persuasion)!! i'd like to introduce you to your new best friend - the solar bra.
yes, the product has been developed by our oh-so-smart japanese counterparts, but alas it will not be on the market anytime soon (as the solar panels on the body means that the bra must be worn on TOP of clothes - or with no clothes over-top at least).
read article here. too funny. the same inventors of this bra also developed a bra that could turn into a reusable shopping bag. things that make you go hmmm.....

What about solar headbands? Those might be more appropriate in work settings, for example.
