everyone must own this skirt from Target.
it is priced at a mere $12.99 (regular price)
but...i have seen it on several different body types now and it looks great on each one.
for example, i am about 5'7" and my friend is 4'11" and we both got the extra small in brown. it looks cute on her for different reasons than on me.
also, it's comfortable and i've worn it (seriously) 6 times in 2 weeks.
you do the math, it's totally worth $12.99

Tell me more about the waist? Is it a button waist or a stretchy elastic? (The latter is my favorite.)
the waist is stretch...so it's great for all shapes and sizes and will see anyone's waistline through the ups and downs of all that comes with the territory of being a woman.
also, it's paper-thin cotton - so it gives you the feeling of wearing nothing, whilst being QUITE covered up.
let me know if you want me to buy you one TP - they have black, navy and brown. your birthday is coming up and i would feel happy about this being one of your gifts!
I love the idea of a stretch waist. I believe I would like this skirt. I'm thinking brown.
