last week Two Pretzels posted a picture of her car thermometer, and when my car's thermometer reached 95 degrees, i felt like i should also capture this image to prove to everyone that it's just hot here in VA.
a few experiential heat facts:
*my coworker said to me "it's going to be so hot tomorrow, i don't want to go out in public"
*we should break the 96 degree record today (the record was set in 1943)
*my dog threw up this morning after i took her out for 10 minutes (i'm blaming this on the heat, as there was nothing else different in her routine)
*the old people have been warned to stay inside. what, you ask, are my seemingly 90-something year old neighbors doing at this very moment (12:15 pm)? MOWING THEIR LAWN!! what is wrong with them??
