again?!
did you know that the cost of a stamp is rising 2 cents starting tomorrow?! 44 cents to mail a letter and 28 cents to mail a postcard (a lost art in my personal opinion)
Sadly, I DID know that. (Only because I had to get my shower thank-you's out before the increase.)
You know, I feel for the post office. I really do. I ADORE their service, but what with fax machines and email and online banking - it's nearly obsolete.

Are they trying to discourage people from mailing things? If so, they're doing a good job.
