
everyone who is interested in getting a little bit more in shape should try this video. i'm not a HUGE fan of hitting the gym for hours or workout videos necessarily, but a friend highly recommended this jillian michaels (of Biggest Loser fame) video and i love it.
it includes three 20-minute workouts at levels that increase in their difficulty as they go. the key is that you work the ENTIRE time - i mean sweating, increased heart-rate, the whole 9 yards. you do three circuits that each include rounds of cardio, strength-training and abs.
i figure if i can't make 20 minutes a day, several times a week, to work out then i should just sit on the couch and eat chips.
