i recently became a DirectTV customer - cool, so far so good. The downside?
That i'm a renter...therefore the stupid satellite had to be mounted on a stupid pole in my front yard!! of COURSE something had to go "wrong" (no go on the mounting it discreetly on the roof). i am still mortified that i've turned into THAT Neighbor, but what can i do?!
(p.s. if you enlarge the photo, you can not only see my pretty flowers but my little pug perched in her window spot)

We have a condo and it is the same type of thing. If we want Direct TV we can not put it on our house and instead have to place it in the back near our patio....and even then the Condo ASS-ociation gets a little pissy. But you know, even though you may not like exactly where it is you will now be able to watch Project Runway this week, which is TOTALLY worth it!!!
The flowers are very cute!
