Dearest Ms. Mae,
I am writing tonight to express some great concern I have over a very large sum of money that you allowed me to borrow. Yes, I've been diligently paying back my amount owed to you for my VERY expensive brain for awhile now and you should realize that I'm in it to win it. Despite the payments after payments without seeminly making a small dent in this large sum, I keep plugging away. Oddly, you have seemed to follow my every move, tracking addresses and phone numbers before I can even change them with you. Kudos, S-Mae.
However, my concern today is that you suddenly are telling me, via online account, that I do not owe you any money until the year 2018 since I "am a student". If by working 6+ days a week night a day you then classify me as a "student" and think that I shouldn't pay you the monthly sum on time, okay. Weird. But the thing is that (and hear me out) I WILL BE UNABLE TO WRITE CHECKS TO YOU FROM MY GRAVE! Although my shopping habits could use an extra couple hundred bucks each month, I simply cannot fall for these apparent tricks. I need to pay the loans sooner rather than later.
Help a sister out,
Malissa
P.S. - By "help a sister out", what I mean to say is that I need to speak to a customer service rep whose first language is English in the near future.

First off - what happened? How weird is that?
Secondly - I hear you on the English front. That's a toughie.
Weird! It must really feel like "Big Brother" is wathcing if they know your current part time student status.
Good luck with the rep!
I hear ya on the owing alot of money and feeling like you are barely making a dent and any extra money each month would be great, but I agree...that seems a bit weird. Hope you figure out why.
And don't get me started on the customer service people who don't speak proper English. SO frustrating.
