today is a VERY special day.
our Two Pretzels is turning another year older and i pause to celebrate this beautiful life o' hers...
the essence of Kylee is simple to describe: she is available for you at any moment when you need her (she drops whatever she's doing to balance the art of listening with the art of "talking back").
Kylee is intuitive. she just gets it (by "it", i mean mostly everything). i believe that she lets others be themselves because she has (for as long as i can remember knowing her) learned to love herself, laugh at herself and know herself very well.
Kylee was once a college freshman getting in trouble in Public Speaking for passing notes. and, her gabby-ness has clearly been passed down to her beautiful daughters and, they too, will be called out by professors in the future for passing notes, i am certain. However, if you know her, you don't want her to shut up anytime soon. she's hilarious and truthful and good with words.
Ky - i could go on and on an on. but, simply put, i just want to thank God for the day you were born and for your life. i love you, i love your family and i love the unique soul that you are in this world. there is NO ONE like you and to call you "friend" is a true gift. thank you for the way you make others comfortable and thank you for loving those around you, just the way they are.
