Weird things continue to appear in and around the dumpsters at my condo complex. Yesterday morning was a wig on a rock. Very bizarre and a bit disturbing.
As far as the weird dummy/witch thing, it was at first hanging out the side and I literally jumped when I walked around the corner and was greeted by skeleton hands. A few days later it was hanging like this in the picture below. What kind of odd people are reconfiguring the halloween trash?
