actually, no it does not. i heard a commercial on the radio for laser hair removal and the suggestion was to buy your loved one a gift certificate for Valentine's Day for some laser hair removal.
let me be the first to say........NO WAY! do NOT do this. even if your loved one has requested it, that STILL seems a bit shaky. i mean, what if the person asked for it on a very emotionally stable day of the month, but then you give it to them on a not-so-stable day and you are faced with hoards of tears and accusations of being insensitive and just a plain jerk (think it through people)?
and while you are at it, do not buy a subscription to a low-fat cooking magazine or some Weight Watchers meeting vouchers, or a size 6 piece of lingerie when she's a size 14, or anything of this nature. just don't do it.
