in this day and age of online banking and with there being virtually HUNDREDS of ways that people can sneakily take money by using your bank/credit card numbers, here's just a quick reminder about watching your accounts/statements.
last week, my debit card was charged $32 for dinner at a location where i wasn't even eating that day. in fact, i've never eaten at this restaurant, only swiped my debit card once for a tip for a massage from their connected spa (it's a hotel/spa/restaurant type deal)
anyway, just be aware. i have yet to call their accounting offices, but it just makes me feel like they might be doing this to other cards in hopes that people won't notice and perhaps this often happens? maybe i'm just paranoid??

I have heard about this! What people won't do these days!
I am ALWAYS worried about this stuff.
Did you get it resolved?
You are about the fourth person I've heard this happen to recently! I definitely need to start logging my charges in a check register. If I ever got an extra charge for $200 at Target, I would probably glance it over and think, "yeah, that sounds about right."
